It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Edward Billups of Belhaven, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Billups and Mary Alice Billups; his wife Ginger Courson; and his siblings, Leno Billups, James, Joseph Billups, William Billups, Raymond Billups, Earl Billups and Frances McDermott.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Kent Billups of Belhaven, Paul Andrews (Dana) of Belhaven, Jeremy Andrews (Candace) of Bath and Julie Marie Billups-Rattler (Melvin) of Aurora; and his sister Virginia Rawls of Zuni, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
