She is survived by: her sons, Steve Carawan (Karen) of Belhaven and Ted Carawan (Darlene) of Belhaven; her sister Inez King of Bandera, TX; her grandchildren, Heather Stuart of Knightdale, Shelley Hodges (Jake) of Fairfield and Daniel Carawan of Belhaven; and her great grandchildren, Stephen Stuart of Garner, Rex and Holly Hodges.
