She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper William Hopkins and Hattie Elizabeth Fulford; her son Charles Milton Craddock; her brothers, Decater, Ray, Curnie and Louis Hopkins; her former husbands, Perry Richardson and Troy Craddock; and her great grandchild Kayden Foreman.
She is survived by: her husband Dalton Windley; her children, Robert Richardson (Vicki Richardson) of Bath, Michael Richardson of Bath, Donnie Richardson of Richlands, Teresa Smith (Robert Smith) of Blounts Creek, Regina Woolard (Sidney Woolard) of Greenville and Doris Taylor (Jeffery Taylor) of Bath; and her sisters, Mary Cuthrell of Pinetown and Thelma Foster of Washington.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Belhaven Church of Christ (1080 W Main St, Belhaven, NC 27810).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to West Belhaven Church of Christ to support their outreach programs.
