It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Anne Phelps of Belhaven, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rendall and Beatrice Rendall (Smith); and her brother Bruce L. Rendall. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Phelps; her daughters, Caryn R. Cole of Blythe, CA and Kelley L. Miller of Savannah, GA; her stepsons, Gary L. Phelps of Chicago, IL, David W. Phelps of New Orleans, LA and Travis R. Phelps of Raleigh, NC; and her brother John B. Rendall III.
