She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Bard and Allie Bard. She is survived by: her husband James Kelley; her children, Jason Wheeler (Ashley) and Kandice Dean (Billy); her grandchildren, Merritt Wheeler, Emer Dean and Willa Dean; her brother Joseph Bard (Teresa); her niece Angela Masters (Kevin); and her nephew Allen Bard (Jennifer). She is also survived by children as well as in-laws that loved her like a sister and an aunt.
