She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayburn J. Duncan and Marjorie L. Duncan; her husband Ronald Willard; her siblings, Reggie Duncan, Gray Duncan, Lucille Ogburn (Don) and Peggy Hayes; and her son Chris Duncan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tommy Duncan (Barbara) and Carolyn Kimmer (Calvin); and her sons, Jamie Willard (Olga) and Ricky Duncan. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Road Baptist Church (7035 Belews Creek Rd, Belews Creek, NC 27009). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Any memorials may be made to the son, Jamie, to assist with expenses The family will be holding a visitation 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at White Road Baptist Church of Belews Creek.
