With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Louise Outen of Belews Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin and Ruth Martin (Nance); her grandchildren, Dayna Outen and Victor Hardy; and her sister Polly Mayberry.

She is survived by: her husband Berry Outen; her children, Dean Outen and Angela Taylor (Freddie); her grandchildren, Ashley Livengood, Bradley Outen, Daniel Culler, Misty Illescas, Freddie Taylor Jr. and Amanda Kossek; and her siblings, Jean Fulk and John Dennis Martin. She is also survived by her twenty great-grandchildren; her five great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Welcome Door Baptist Church in Frances's honor.
