It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Starks of Beaufort, North Carolina, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Starks and Mabel Starks; his wife Irene Rose Starks of Merrimon; and his children, Michael W. Starks (Sharon) of Bettie, Charlie G. Starks (Darlene) of Cabool, MO, Kathy R. Baker (Rich) of Hendersonville, NC and Irene C. Scott of Merrimon. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
