Fulford of Beaufort; his children, David Willis of Newport, Bess Quillen (David) of Morehead City, Nathan Fulford of Newport and Joy Fulford (John Fedyszyn) of Wilmington; his siblings, Kay Fulford Chadwick of Beaufort and Terry H. Fulford (Martha) of Beaufort; his granddaughters, Sarah Bird (John) and Cora Fedyszyn; his great grandchildren, Cecelia and Caroline; and his father William Vance Fulford.
