He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Prosser and Catherine Prosser; his siblings, Ellean Smits (Smitty) and Fred Prosser; his sister-in-law Nancy Fay; his son-in-law Morris Mitchell; and his grandson Landon Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Tish Prosser; his children, Thomas Prosser (Janet Prosser) of Morehead City, NC, Darren Prosser of Largo, FL, Tara Mitchell (Craig Paylor) of Morehead City, NC, Lee Taylor (Keith Taylor) of Beaufort, NC, Colin Prosser (Donna Prosser) of Raleigh, NC and Amanda Przygodzinski of Beaufort, NC; his grandchildren, Katelyn Mitchell, Matthew Paylor, Jasmine Ruddy, Jade Ruddy, Lexi Mitchell, Abigail Prosser, Colleen Taylor, Sarah Prosser and Oliver Pryzygodzinski; and his brother-in-law Eddie Fay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
