He was predeceased by: his brother Randy Barrow. He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Ann Tetterton Jimenez and Melton Douglas Barrow; his spouse Teresa Ann Congleton Barrow; his daughter Mariah Elaine Barrow; his stepchildren, Sylvia Jr and David Jr; his siblings, Mike Barrow and Karen Ryan; and his father-in-law Alton Congleton.
