With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert VanDyke of Beaufort, North Carolina, born in Greenville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2024 at the age of 56. Though Robert has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zack VanDyke III and Patricia Murdoch; and his siblings, Lynn Elvington (Gil) of Carolina Shores, Amy Wells (Mike) of Hampstead and Douglas Mills of Supply. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
