He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fodrie and Elizabeth Fodrie. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Moore Fodrie; his children, Rachelle Hall Bonicelli of New Bern, NC and Robert Victor Hall of Kentucky; his brothers, Dickie Fodrie of Van Wert, OH, Cecil "Butch" Fodrie (Madelyn) of Myrtle Beach, SC and John "Johnny" Fodrie (Betty) of Beaufort, NC; and his grandsons, Collin Easton Oliver and Kyler Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
