With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Louise Gillikin (Beaufort, North Carolina), who passed away on August 19, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Gillikin; her parents, William Ipock and Mary Ipock; and her children, Shirley Springle and Raymond Gillikin Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Longest of Beaufort, Kay Liles of Garner and Tammy Springle (Larry) of Beaufort; her sisters, Edna Dixon of Beaufort and Francis Johnson of Texas; and her grandchildren, Tina Willis, Debbie Roach, Kenneth Harper, Sandra Kelley, Larry Springle Jr., Georgia "Sissy" Waddle, Dennis Lee Willis, Jason Gillikin, Tonya Hannah and Shawn Kae Kelly. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
