She was predeceased by: her husband Carl B. Chadwick Jr.; her parents, Inez Skarren Parkin and Carlton Parkin; and her granddaughter Erica. She is survived by: her children, Darrel Chadwick (Debbie), Mark Chadwick (Janice), Scott Chadwick (Donna), Gary Chadwick (Billie), Star C. Smith (Jimmy) and Jessie C. Cowden (Patrick); her grandchildren, Elaine, Christie, Kimberly, Tiffany, Alexandria, Danielle, Sidney, Samantha, Joshua, Jessica, Aaron and Chloe; and her friends, Carl, Louise and Dorsey Johnson.
Due to Covid-19, space will be limited as social distancing and masks will be required at the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church, 403 Ann St., Beaufort, NC 28516.
