She is survived by: her husband Ralph Hamilton; her father Alex Lewis; her siblings, Mitchell Lewis and Pam Bell; her siblings-in-law, Velvet Kirk (Tim) and Randy Hamilton (Melodie); her nephews, Justin Bell (Brittney), Jordan Bell, Bobby Hamilton and Dustin Carraway; her great-niece Emma; and her close friend Patch.
