He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ed McLawhorn and Elba McLawhorn; his pet Junior; his wife Anna McLawhorn of Beaufort; his daughters, Alicia Forbes of Morehead City and Emily McLawhorn of Swansboro; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bell of Beaufort; his grandchildren, Skylar McNeil, Haigan McNeil, Garrett Forbes, Emma Bell and Brantley Forbes; his sister Taffie Baysden (Jamie) of Morehead City; his siblings-in-law, Davie Guthrie of Harkers Island, Rodney Guthrie (Nancy) of Morehead City and Connie Gaskill of Harkers Island; and his nephews, Ryan Baysden of Newport, Clinton Baysden of Hubert and Justin Baysden of Newport.
