We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2019, at the age of 27, Joshua Ely (Beaufort, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Ely Jr.; and his grandparents, Umstead, Emily Carter, Clarence Ely Sr and Ezekiel Little.
He is survived by: his mother Tanya Ely of Beaufort; his siblings, Clarence Ely III (Angela) of Washington State, Victoria Ely of Beaufort and Elizabeth Ely-Jordan (Derek) of Dallas, TX; his grandmother Thelma Lenig; his nieces and nephews, Kionyce, Erik, Desireee, Devin, Elyza and Tai; and his close friends, Andrew Johnson and Rodney Oden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
