He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Creech (Jeff) and Clifton Creech (Erin); his grandchildren, Kurtis Scott Lutz III, Tanner Goodwin, Katie Goodwin and Alder Evans Creech; and the mother of his children Melanie Arthur. He is also survived by his niece, nephew, and many extended family members and friends.
