He is survived by: his sister Nancy McKee; his daughter Denise Warren; his grandchildren, Keith Lewis Jr. (Jaime), Lindsey Rhodes (Seth), Nicholas Lewis, Jamie Varnell (John), Lacey Lewis, Trey Parker (Megan) and Hannah Warren; his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Christian Lewis, Ashlyn, Olivia, Joshua, Caleb Rhodes, Maddux Lewis, Benson, Lila Varnell, Addison, Kori Moyer and James Parker IV; his sons-in-law, Keith Lewis Sr. and Derris Warren; and his pet JJ.
