He is survived by: his brothers, Ashley (Jane Scott) of Scotland Neck, NC and John Wayne Scott of Washington, NC; his children, Richard Scott of Chocowinity, NC, Amy (Bill Clark) of Chocowinity, NC and Angel (James Ratcliff); and his grandchildren, Austin, Tyler Tate, Darren Hellickson, Isaac Clark, Jaylssa Tate, Heaven Bell, Kaylee and Starlet Edwards.
