He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Conway of Beaufort; his children, Lee Conway of Beaufort and Debra Godwin of Beaufort; his grandchildren, David Lee Godwin Jr. of Beaufort, Steven Conway of Beaufort, Lucas Conway of Beaufort and Faith Conway of Beaufort; his sisters, Eula Mitchell of Beaufort, Ann LaChance of Beaufort and Carol Mitchell of Havelock; and his nieces, Joyce Vinston of Beaufort and Kim LaChance of Beaufort.
