She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moore and Ronelda Moore; her daughter Deana Lewis; her siblings, Virginia 'Gin' Gillikin, Gloria 'Tee' Brown and John 'Tommy' Moore; and her son-in-law Jim Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy B. Guthrie; her daughters, Debbie Parker of Beaufort and Denise Warren of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Keith Lewis (Jaime), Nicholas Lewis, Lacey Lewis, Lindsay Rhodes (Seth), Trey Parker (Megan), Jamie Varnell (John) and Hannah Warren; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Lewis, Christian Lewis, Maddux Lewis, Ashlyn Rhodes, Olivia Rhodes, Joshua Rhodes, Caleb Rhodes and Addison-Mae Moyer; and her sons-in-law, Keith Lewis Sr. and Derris Warren.
