It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Troyer Jr. of Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, G. V. Troyer and Ruby McWright Troyer; and his sibling Fallie Evelyn Pope Troyer. He is survived by: his wife Fallie Troyer; his children, Gerald Vernon Troyer III (Gayle) of Morehead City, NC, Stewart Troyer (Ingrid) of Germany, Jenny Turnage (Johnny) of New Bern, NC and Sara Gery Mansfield of Morehead City, NC; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson Hopkins, Robert Johnson, Steven Troyer, David Turnage (Kim), Daniel Turnage, Mark Mansfield (Joni) and Ashley Edwards (Eric). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in memory of Gerald Troyer.
