He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Holt and Josephine S. Holt; and his brothers, Edward Holt, Arthur Holt and Thomas Holt.
He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his wife Patricia R. Holt; his children, Stephanie A. King (Kevin) of Prince Frederick, MD and Robert T. Holt of Waldorf, MD; his siblings, Martha Metallo of Hudson, FL, JoAnn Lollis of Anaheim, CA, William Holt (Kathy) of Lawton, OK and Raymond Holt (Margie) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Samantha Renee Holt, Ella Rose Marie Brooks, Patricia Everlina Brooks and Lawrence Elliot Brooks III. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
