He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neal and Oneeda Neal; and his granddaughter Camden Neal. He is survived by: his wife Janie Pittman Neal; his children, Yvonne Lynn Hardin (Brad) of Louisville, KY, Cully Daniel Neal (Erin) of Havre and Cody Douglas Neal of Beaufort, NC; his brothers, Thomas "Danny" Daniel Neal (Barbara) of Lexington, KY and Ralph Douglas Neal (Janet) of Drummonds, TN; and his friend Ronnie Kruse. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
