He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Salter and Myra Salter; his wife Judith Taylor Salter; and his siblings, Jack, Sam Salter, Glendora, Virginia and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Salter of Otway, Wanda Taylor of Davis and Franklin Wayne Salter (Cindy) of Sea Level; his grandchildren, Melissa, Michale, Crystal, Jacqueline (Dylan), Frankie (Jessi) and Joseph Taylor; his great grandchildren, Amber, Hailey, Chelsea, Hunter G., Hunter S., Gunner, Jackson, Brody, Remington, Colton, Karleigh, Allyson, Conner, Zachary, Ella and Kendalyn; his great great grandchild Aliyah; his half-sister Linda Rohrbaugh; and his pets, Dude and Daisy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, numerous special friends.
