He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Fulcher and Violetta Fulcher; his brother Jay Fulcher; and his grandparents, Lottie and Arthur Lewis.
He is survived by: his partner Bobbie Styron of Bettie; his children, Josh Fulcher of Morehead City and Amy Chilton of Beaufort; his stepsons, Jeremy Ferguson of Marshallberg and Justin Ferguson of Bath; his grandchildren, Matthew Chilton, Kyle Chilton, McKenna Fulcher, Tate Ferguson and Gus Ferguson; his brother Artie Fulcher (Debbie) of Beaufort; his nieces, Michele Fulcher, Mila Fulcher of Gloucester and Mandy Fulcher of Mooresville; his nephew Rayan Fulcher of Tampa, FL; his close friend Fernie Paul Willis of Bettie; and his pet Snowball.
