“Donna, you don’t rem me, I left Canton when u were young. Doris & Don meant a lot to me & my Mother Velma Mears. She was always so pretty & wore fashionable clothes & earrings.. she was funny. We all loved her & Doris & Don loved YOU! She was sweet to me & my boys! I intended to come see her inBeaufort but never made it. I hav property at Merrimon Bay but probably won’t get to build there now. My 73 yr old body is n revolt! Bless you for taking good care of her. Helma Lee Mears Kingport, TN✝️”
