She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Phillips and Edna Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Bandy; her sister Edna Taylor (Rex Taylor); her niece Jessica Taylor; her nephew Lee Taylor; and her pets, Poppy and Luna. She is also survived by extended family members, and extensive group of friends.
