He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M Goodwin and Adelaide Goodwin; his daughter Brenda J Orth; and his grandson Jacob Cahoon. He is survived by: his wife Katherine H. Goodwin; his children, Tracey Woods of Savannah, GA, Heather Lingle (Chad) of Stephenville and Joshua Cahoon (Lauren) of Beaufort, NC.; his grandchildren, Christopher Watson (Jennifer), Joshua Knepper, Jonathan Orth, Sara Woods, Laura Fordham (Joseph), Nick Mason (Amberleigh Davis), Maddison Mason (Tyler Hamilton), Sabrina Guthrie (TJ), Joshua Cahoon (Elizabeth Morris) and Austin Cahoon; and his close friend Ben Lopedote (Wendy).
