She is survived by: her grandchildren, Janice Taylor Creel (John) and W. Andrew Taylor (Frances); her great grandchild Elijah Creel; her siblings, Jean Cole and Larry Cole; and her daughters-in-law, Meri Bell Taylor and Angela Taylor Best.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Carteret Memorial Gardens (150 Lake Rd, Beaufort, NC 28516).
