He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hawkes; his children, JenniferbHawkes of Miami, FL and Peter Hawkes of Bridgeport, CT; his stepsons, Matthew Carbonara (Ann Blue) of San Jose, CA, Stephan Carbonara of Columbus, OH and Nathan Carbonara (Natalie) of North Lewisburg, OH; his granddaughters, Gemma Hawkes of Miami, FL and Melissa Hawkes of Bridgeport, CT; and his stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Addison, Eloise, Silas and Arlo.
