Hines Jr. of Beaufort, North Carolina, born in Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Lee Hines Lassiter and Benjamin G. Hines Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dale Hines; his children, Elizabeth Hines of Austin, Texas, Emily Hines of Austin, Texas and Jordan Smith Hines of Atlantic Beach; his sister Bonnie Wagstaff (Rusty); and his stepsiblings, Betsy Byrd (Linwood), Danny Lassiter (Carole), Ronald Lassiter (Donna) and Michael Lassiter (Jerry Bowen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
