She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Harrell and Naomi Harrell; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Ruth Nolan, Raymond C. Harrell, III, David Harrell and Collie Harrell. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 5 nephews.
She was dedicated to service in the Carteret County community as a member of the Eastern Star which is known for their dedication to Charity, Truth and Loving Kindness.
