He was predeceased by: his wife Kaye Noyes; his parents, Frank Noyes and Gladys Noyes; and his brother Frank Noyes Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Mitchem of Beaufort; and his sister Sabra Goldsmith of Hemet, CA. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces.
