He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Lewis; his daughter Lisa Hamilton; and his brother Donnie Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Pam Bell of Glen Allen, VA and Mitchell Lewis of Otway; his grandchildren, Justin Bell (Brittney) and Jordan Bell of Mechanicsville, VA; his great grandchild Emma Bell; and his niece Leigh Lovelace.
