She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Phillips Teague and James Teague, Sr.; and her husband A. J. "Tom" Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Dean Phillips (Beverly) of Bear Creek and Julie Martindale (Marvin) of Bear Creek; her grandchildren, Dustin Martindale (Jaide) and Amber Linker (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Emery Estridge, A. J. Linker, Landon Linker, Rhett Linker and Logan Linker.
