She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Wilson and Helen Edwards Wilson; her son Steven Lee Vaughn; and her brother Mike Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Joel Ray "Joe" Vaughn; her son Kevin Vaughn (Bethany) of Raleigh; her sister Rebekah Wilson of Maggie Valley; and her sister-in-law Jackie Wilson of Bear Creek.
