He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thomas McIntosh, Sr. and Irene Palmer McIntosh; his wife Constance Dark Craven; and his sister Jessie Lee McIntosh. He is survived by: his children, Freddie Smith (Regina), Lisa McIntosh, Rosa Sonya Lee, Tony McIntosh, Iris Yarborough and Kimberly Brower; and his siblings, Doris Jean Jones (Herman), Deann Marsh (Daniel), Johnnie Mae Hanner and John Robert McIntosh (Lorraine). He is also survived by His 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
