He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Elizabeth "Libby" Kite. He is survived by: his father Robert Tingle (Carmen); his sons, Andrew and Wesley Tingle; and his siblings, Mike Tingle (Letha), Tommy Tingle (Lisa) and Lisa Swindell (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Pamlico Rescue, PO Box 302, Bayboro, NC 28515.
