He was predeceased by: his father H. L. Rowe; and his sister Barbara Walker. He is survived by: his mother Selma Rowe; his sister Lori Tyndall (Donald); his nieces and nephews, DeOnna Walker (Ricardo), Erica Altman (Andy), Duffy Walker and Christopher Walker; his great-nephew Ricky; and his great-nieces, Hannah and Emma.
