We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Ethel Elizabeth Cooper of Bayboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Cooper; her children, William Hubert Cooper II (Laverne) of Maribel, NC, Kathleen Becton (William) and Qunnie Parker (Calvin); her stepson Timothy Respers (Vicky); her sisters-in-law, Elmon Smith and Geneva Shy (Earl); and also Barry Squires. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
