He was predeceased by: his children, Bobby Dale and Alicia Parker. He is survived by: his significant other Anne Savage; and his children, Charlie Jr. (Georgia), Samuel Lee, Duane (Ren), Jobie (Shauna), Patty Savage and Sandy Eckard (Billy). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
