He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Brigman and Thelma Brigman; his siblings, Gerald D. Brigman and Linda Dawn Snyder Edmund; and his grandson Jared Holton.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Brigman; his children, Kelly Ballance (Chris) and David Brigman (Susan); his sister Pamela Susan Brigman; his grandchildren, Tyler Brigman, Leah Raines (Tyler), Zach Ballance (Chloe Lassiter), Joshua Ballance and Krista Ballance; and his great grandchildren, Haidyn and Addisyn Raines.
