Webb; his son Thomas Webb Sr.; his siblings, Bruce Webb (Joella), Teressa Bass (Ronnie) and Donna Adkins (Ricky); his son Mickey Simpkins (Theresa); his siblings-in-law, Travis Holt, Dallas Simpkins, Sandy Quinonez (Roberto), Debbie Simpkins and Angela Simpkins; his parents-in-law, Paulette Holt and Jesse Simpkins (Freda); his grandchildren, Coraline Webb, Alexander Webb and Thomas Webb Jr.; and his friend Jesse Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
