She is survived by: her parent Della May Burgess Rowland; her husband Larry Smith; her daughter Tina Bulluck Joyner of Nashville; her grandchildren, Taylor Joyner, Timmy Bulluck and David Bulluck; her brother Billy Rowland (Christie) of Elm City; and her nieces and nephews, Tabitha Rowland, Jessie Jones, Dustin Wall and Chris Wall. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
