He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea Frank Credle and Zinkie Zulene Mason Credle; and his siblings, George Credle, Frank Edward Credle, Clara Guthrie and Helen Ormond.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Ross Cordon; his children, Mayo Credle, Jr. (Donna) of Bath, Sherrie Schaefer (Kurt) of Bath, Roger Credle (Darlene) of Bath and Terry Credle (Debra) of Bath; his sisters, Ruth Guthrie of Greenville, Lula Daw of Bath and Frances Rose of Washington; his grandchildren, Steve Credle (Amy), Chris Credle (Marcie), Daniel Credle (Megan), Brad Credle, Jeremiah Schaefer (Amber), Danielle Credle, Candace Schaefer and Sara Credle; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Brinley, Logan, Kinsley, Cordon, Ava Grace, Ansley, Gauge, Summer, Hayden, Jeremiah and Elli.
