He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hawkins and Marie Murphy Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brimlow Hawkins; his children, Lisa Hawkins-Rusch (Steven) of Fairport, NY and Patrick Hawkins of Bath; his brother Leonard Podlaski of Port Charlotte, FL; and his grandchildren, Amber, Kelsey, Thomas, Kaitlin, Alexander, Tara, Krista and Derek.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889).
