He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Holt-Elliott (Louis) of Washington, N. C. and RayAnne H. Jarman (Bobby) of Washington, N. C.; his daughter-in-law Carol Holt of Washington, N. C.; and his grandchildren, John Scott Cutler (Erin), Elizabeth Knox (Michael), Sarah Messick (John), Kelly Elks (Brooks), Kristen Holt, Katherine Ann Holt and Miranda Guinn (Branson).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service (4500 US-264, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
